The mini comes in two lengths; Short - intended for girls 5ft5 and under (or over if you just like your mini’s mini) and Regular - intended for girls 5ft6 and taller. The dresses are exactly the same, the short version is just an inch shorter on the length, because sometimes an inch makes all the difference.
